The CIB Risk Internal Control (CIR CIB) team is a newly established team within the CIB area.: As a second line of defense within CIB, the CIR CIB team is integrated under the Regulation & Internal Control CIB unit. Nevertheless, its hierarchical reporting line is aligned with the Group Regulation and Internal Control team. The team is structured into three sub-teams, specialized by scope: - Technical Secretariat : Focused on Governance and Policies. - CIB Challengers : Participation in local risk committees. - CIR Processes : Dedicated to the execution and review of processes.
