As a Member Service Representative for our Sanford Lake Forest branch, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. The MSR role starts at $18.00/hour, with the opportunity to self-promote and receive a pay increase in your first year! Your Role in Our Mission: Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive. Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently. Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.
