Assistant Store Manager Retail Paint Store: Store Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Closed Sundays, flexible scheduling. Hourly position: Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager will support the Paint Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and maintain inventory. Job Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, including management, purchasing, and achieving sales goals - Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and training - Assist the Store Manager with creating staff schedules - Assist the store manager with controlling expenses, determining inventory levels, and growing net contribution - Help promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures - Demonstrate strong expertise in company products - Open and close the store - Assist customers over the phone and in the store with questions and orders regarding architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products and coating ma...
