Summer Bike Mechanic Big White Ski Resort – Kelowna, BC Seasonal: June – September The Role: Big White Ski Resort is seeking qualified, high-level Mountain Bike Mechanics for the upcoming summer season. Operating out of the Village Centre Mall, our mechanics are responsible for maintaining a premium rental fleet and providing expert service to guests visiting our world-class bike park. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical understanding of modern mountain bike platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment. Efficiency, precision, and a commitment to safety are the cornerstones of this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Technical Service: Perform expert repairs and preventative maintenance on both customer-owned and resort-owned rental mountain bikes. System Diagnostics: High-level troubleshooting and service of hydraulic brake systems, complex drivetrains, and suspension components. Shop Operations: Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workspace in accordance with strict workplace safety and "clean shop" standards.
