Job description

Job Summary The Evaporator Operator is responsible for the grinding and cooking of animal byproduct and deadstock. Operations are carried out through computer controls while watching motor loads and speeds of various equipment. They must monitor this equipment for quality assurance along with record keeping for items such as record of temperatures and inspection of incoming raw materials to stay in compliance with CGMP'S and 5 S programs.
