Department: Longleaf Studios Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Monday - Friday as fits to class schedule Anticipated Start Date: Fall Semester, 2026 Salary: $10.00 per hour (max of 26 hours per week) Job Summary: The Film Internship offers a unique opportunity for qualified students to blend academic knowledge with hands-on professional filmmaking-experience. As a Film Intern, you will have the chance to apply the skills, attitudes, and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios, including actual films that will air on Alabama Public Television. This position is designed to provide valuable experiential learning opportunities, allowing interns to gain firsthand knowledge of the film industry, participate in professional activities, create meaningful professional relationships, and cultivate potential career connections.
