Kroll is seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Senior Director to lead its Sensitive Data Review (SDR) and Data Mining Service . This role is a critical component of Kroll’s breach response lifecycle, supporting clients in identifying, reviewing, and reporting sensitive data exposures. The Director will oversee operational execution, manage vendor and ecosystem partner relationships, and drive the advancement of Kroll’s proprietary methodologies and review protocols. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: - Lead end-to-end delivery of SDR and data mining engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. - Oversee intake, triage, ingestion, and manual review workflows using platforms like Relativity, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficiency standards. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to solve complex data challenges, recommending optimal workflows and tools. - Deliver regular portfolio updates to Discovery Solutions leadership, including project status, risks, and margin performance. - Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, outside counsel, and internal teams, maintaining alignment with insurers, DFIR,...
