This position provides flexible coverage and support to our Community Living Programs , serving adults in residential program settings. As a Pool BHT, you’ll play a vital role in supporting members with behavioral health needs, fostering independence, stability, and personal growth in a safe and therapeutic environment. What You’ll Do: - Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support to youth and adults in residential and program environments. - Implement individualized treatment and behavioral plans while maintaining a supportive, trauma-informed approach. - Engage members in daily living activities, skill-building exercises, and recreational opportunities. - Ensure safety and compliance with program expectations and documentation standards. - Collaborate with team members and clinical staff to promote member success and program quality.
