Retail Trainees work in a small group (3–4 participants) alongside a Job Coach and Retail Management Team to gain hands-on experience in a real retail environment. The goal of SEP is to help individuals develop skills, independence, and confidence needed to transition into Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) in the community.
