Location: Secaucus,New Jersey,United States Based in Secaucus, NJ but will require some travel to the NYC office POSITION SUMMARY: Responsibilities include supervision of financial reporting, the monthly closing process, oversight of all financial operations, general accounting, the budget process (annual preparation and monthly projections), and coordination of tax and audit services. This individual is also responsible for proactively identifying improvements to business processes and ways in which we can exploit AI technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage the annual budget process for a multi-channel, globally diverse apparel and fashion business; establish timeline and partner with functional leaders to develop revenue plans and operating expenses. · Develop working relationships and review processes with department heads. · Generate monthly reporting to drive performance, income statements, balance sheets and departmental expenses · Set standards for budget performance metrics and reporting · Supervise entire finance organization · Financial projections for Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce · Oversee A/P, A/R, Payroll, and General Accounting · Ensure monthly closings of multip...
