Company Description In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and distribution of business reports and exploratory data analysis (EDA) that integrate sales, finance, human resources (HR), and/or operations data. Additionally, this position will involve understanding critical business challenges, gathering data, conducting analyses, and interpreting findings, while simultaneously developing, streamlining, and updating key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, scorecards, and reports. Job Description: BUSINESS /DATA UNDERSTANDING: Review and comprehend the required RBDC business requirements. Analyze and interpret data related to Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations. DATA PREPARATION: Perform data cleansing and structuring to ensure high-quality data outputs. Prepare, interpret, and distribute reports on a regular schedule, as well as on an ad hoc basis. Provide training to end users on how to effectively utilize the reports. Continuously seek opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance the reporting process.
