Compensation Type: Salary Employment Type: Regular FLSA: Exempt Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Summary: The Case Manager provides case management and academic services for SFCC students with disabilities. Coordinates with faculty and staff to ensure students receive appropriate accommodation and support. Monitors student progress and adjusts support plans as needed to address evolving needs. The Case Manager does not supervise others. Duties & Responsibilities Ensures students with disabilities receive appropriate accommodations and support to succeed academically by conducting confidential intake interviews, collecting disability documentation, and evaluating course placements while determining reasonable accommodations. Issues letters of accommodation and collaborates with faculty and staff. Maintains comprehensive student files and database records, including intake paperwork, accommodation requests, documentation of disability, and records of student meetings and actions taken.
