POSITION SUMMARY : The office manager works in partnership with the doctor(s) and regional manager to ensure that the business operations run smoothly and professionally. The Practice Manager is accountable for the success of their practice. This position requires strong leadership skills with the ability to elevate staff, deliver exceptional care, and develop the practice as a whole. WHAT WE OFFER: - Salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 annually based on previous experience - 6.5 paid holidays per year - Approximately 10 days of PTO within the first year - Full slate of benefits to include health, dental, vision, and 401k ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff Management: - Conduct Patient Interaction Assessments based on relationship and communication with patients. - Conduct Staff Performance Assessments following Best Practices in performance of core responsibilities. - Recognize and Connect with staff through open lines of communication and coaching.
