Salary Details The salary range for this position is CAD $44.85/Hr. - CAD $56.02/Hr. Duties include conducting social assessments, providing counselling services, maintaining records, attending interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences, and providing Long Term Care assessments. Identifies applicable community resources for clients, contributes to the effectiveness and development of community resources. Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work and one (1) years’ post Baccalaureate experience in a health care setting or one (1) year in a practicum in a related setting. - Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
