In Geneva, we are looking for a Regional Development Team Lead - Herbicides The Regional Development Team Lead is a key member of the FMC EMEA Development Team, working closely with Regulatory, Portfolio, Product Management, and Global R&D teams. This role oversees field development activities across the region, including product profiling, trials, data analysis, and BAD preparation. It also supports product knowledge transfer for both existing and new products. Additionally, the position leads a small team of Regional Technical Managers, driving people development, strategic execution, and budget management. The ideal candidate combines strong technical, communication, and project management skills with deep expertise in applied biology, crop protection, and the EMEA market.
