JOB DESCRIPTION: A Housekeeping Associate plays an important role in maintaining the Inn standard of cleanliness. Competent skills in cleaning, time management and guest relations are required to guarantee the highest level of guest services. Associate must have physical capabilities as well for bending, stooping and lifting. Flexibility and reliability is a must with scheduling as associates will be required to work weekends and holidays. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be punctual and dressed in proper work attire. - Follow procedures for assigned areas to ensure cleanliness. - Service and clean all areas of guest rooms including: High dusting, windows, shutters, bed & frame, couch, accent furniture, desk & chair, lighting, rugs, hardwood floors, fireplace, toilet, sink, bathtub, tile floor, refrigerator, coffee station, stairs, closets, etc. - Service and clean all common areas as assigned: Lobby- high dusting, artwork, fireplace, bookshelves, accent furniture, couches & chairs, desk, carpets, hardwood floors, stairs, elevators, etc. - Perform daily laundry duties: Stain treatment and removal, wash, dry, fold and store all linens including towels, sheets, blankets, duvet covers, bed ski...
