Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: As an integral contributor to the Office of Admission, the Senior Assistant Director of Admission is responsible for recruitment, selection and enrollment of talented students from different backgrounds and experiences. As part of the Admission Operations team, the Senior Assistant Director will manage a team of Seasonal Application Assistants, and contribute to recruitment programs and projects, including but not limited to application processing, data management, and transfer admission. The Senior Assistant Director manages all aspects of recruitment within an assigned geographic territory and plans, implements, and assesses admission activities and programs, representing the University to a broad and diverse audience as part of a progressive and highly collaborative team.
