Process Development Engineer Key Responsibilities: Adapt processes from development fab to high volume best practices. Become subject matter expert on 193 and 248nm photolithography processes and consumables. Support and assist equipment engineering and co-develop processes with them for high volume manufacturing. Design and run experiments to troubleshoot process and equipment problems, yield improvement and cost saving opportunities. Analyze data from experiments, equipment logs and lot history to improve key process indicators. Work with other area process engineers in cross-functional teams to optimize photolithography processes Push processes to minimum tech best practices for cost savings. Required Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in photolithography Experience and Skills: 5+ years’ experience...
