Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and competent shift leader to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our team members on the floor throughout shifts. This individual would be expected to develop and test new and efficient workflows, and ensure that all safety and employment laws are complied with. Support team to Restaurant Manager. This includes taking over any RM designated tasks. - Labor Control - Ordering & Receiving - Assigns tasks to employees on shift - Calls in replacements in the event of an employee call-out or no-show - Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and complaints - Signs for deliveries & checks for accuracy - Adheres to and enforces company policies and guidelines - Register/Safe counting - Oversees ALL prep production - Develops a work environment that encourages compliance with company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines - Line checks & maintaining hot food station - Meeting set sales goals & reviewing company logs in CTUIT - Grab & Go inventory count Compensation: $17.00 per hour: Chop Stop is a quick-service restaurant franchise specializing in chopped salads.
