Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Scrum Master to champion agile practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within our Global Payments Engineering team. This role partners closely with engineering leads, product, design, and delivery teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment on sprint goals and priorities. The Lead Scrum Master will also provide leadership across multiple teams, acting as an agile coach, defining agile strategy, and holding Scrum Masters accountable to continuous improvement metrics.
