Join Our Team: Mental Health Support Workers – Individual & Group Support (Housing & Community) Are you an experienced Mental Health Support Worker who’s passionate about helping people build stability, independence, and connection? We’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our team, providing individual and group-based mental health support across both community and housing programs in the Boronia, Mooroolbark, Wantirna areas. About the Role: You’ll play a key role in supporting people to live safely and confidently in their homes and communities. This role includes a blend of housing-based and community-based support, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact every day.
