Position Summary: As a Kitter, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process, responsible for preparing and delivering materials according to lot cards, drawings, and work orders. Your main responsibilities will include determining the required thickness of disk material, cutting materials using cutting tables or square shears, and utilizing the Flashcut machine to provide gaskets to craftsmen. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of material within your control and the organization of the materials. Key Job Responsibilities: - Determine the required thickness of disk material using established formulas and procedures. - Cut materials using cutting tables or square shears. - Utilize the Flashcut machine to accurately cut gasket material for craftsmen based on lot cards, drawings, or work orders. - Demonstrate proficiency in operating the computer, Flashcut program, and Flashcut machine to ensure efficient material cutting. - Identify and provide the required material to craftsmen as per their needs. - Deliver material to craftsmen promptly and efficiently. - Perform o...
