Job Title: Senior Netball Development Coach Department: Sports Development: Location: Various locations across Burnley and Pendle Contract Type: Permanent: Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, worked across 6 days Closing Date: Friday, 22nd May 2026 Salary: £24,984 - £27,587 per annum The Role: The Senior Netball Development Coach (SNDC) supports the Sports Development Manager with developing and delivering all aspects of the Netball Academy delivered in partnership with Nelson & Colne College and Accrington and Rossendale College. The SNDC is also responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of our community-based Netball provision and sports participation within Burnley and the surrounding areas. Roles and Responsibilities: Programme Delivery & Coaching: Plan, deliver and evaluate netball sessions to ensure high standards and customer service is maintained. Lead the delivery of community netball programmes including Back 2 Netball, Walking Netball, Netball Development Centres and Bella Bee Netball.
