Would you like to be part of a global and diverse Customer Care team? Are you a proactive person with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment? As a Junior or Regular Customer Care Representative , you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers in the Europe, supporting the order‑to‑cash process in line with Hempel’s vision and values. You will work closely with international colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth operational flow. What you’ll be responsible for: What do you need to have? - Managing end-to-end sales order in the ERP system (e.g. facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing) - Handling return order process and driving resolution of non-technical customer complaints. - Supporting customer inquiries (e.g. quotations order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information). - Acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Services). - Ensure data accuracy in invoicing, sales orders, and credi...
