Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Project Delivery Manager (Tech) What’s the role?: This is a hands on technology delivery leadership role where you’ll sit at the intersection of senior project delivery and early programme management. You’ll be right in the detail, leading delivery execution across multiple workstreams while keeping a strong line of sight on planning, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, this is a permanent role with hybrid working. You’ll work closely with engineers, product owners and agile delivery teams, supporting end to end delivery from discovery through to release. Your days will involve guiding teams through SDLC, facilitating delivery rhythms, managing risks and dependencies, and keeping delivery on track using tools like Jira and structured delivery plans. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across technology and the business, translating complexity into clear outcomes and helping teams navigate change with confidence.
