Benefits: - Consistent Work - Bonus based on performance - Training & development Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Refacing Subcontractor to handle kitchen refacing projects from start to finish. This includes door and drawer installation, veneer application, trim work, and final punch-out.This is consistent, ongoing work for the right partner. Scope of Work: - Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts (typically full overlay) - Apply and finish veneer on cabinet boxes - Install hinges, handles, and hardware - Modify cabinets as needed (cut downs, add panels, fillers, etc.) - Install crown molding, light rail, and trim - Maintain clean job sites and protect customer homes - Complete punch list items and final touch-ups Requirements: - Proven experience with cabinet refacing or cabinet installation - Own tools and reliable transportation - Ability to work independently and manage job timelines - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship - Professional communication with homeowners - Must carry (or be willing to obtain): General Liability Insurance - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work Preferred (Not Required): - Experience with soft-close hi...
