Job Purpose & Position Overview The purpose of this position is to supervise activities of the dining room area of the Kidz Café/Summer Feeding program with direct interaction with program participants (children/youth). Qualifications/Skills: - Demonstrate the Winnebago Tribe’s core mission, vision, and values. - Proper setup and storage of dining room furniture (chairs and tables) on a daily and weekly basis or as needed. - Adhere to, communicate, and positively enforce dining room rules with emphasis on manners, conduct, and respect. - General cleaning of dining room area to include but limited to sanitizing tables, chairs, floors, and removing trash. - Encourage Kidz Café/Summer Feeding participants to taste food as well as explain unfamiliar menu items and health benefits of a well-balanced diet. Must consult Nutrition Educator on a regular basis regarding health benefits of menu items. - Will assist the Head Cook with food prep and service as required. - Duties listed are only an illustration of various types of work performed.
