Director of Scientific Analytics

Job description

The Director of Scientific Analytics will be responsible for overseeing and leading advanced scientific analytics across Research Services (RS), including Real-World Data (RWD) analytics, Biostatistics, Advanced Commercial Analytics and other related analyses to support all domains. This role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in analytic methodologies, research design, and the ability to drive scalable solutions for analyzing complex data. The Director will ensure the alignment of analytics capabilities with business goals and will lead a team of highly skilled data scientists and biostatisticians to deliver actionable insights and evidence for both internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO consultation, leading and scaling teams of scientific analytics, with expertise in RWD, biostatistics, or other relevant domains. Spans multiple therapeutic areas of expertise with proven track record in pharma deliverables and extensive life science consultative experience.
