Position Description: The Distribution Center Operations Manager oversees and supervises daily operations, focusing on transportation and/or warehouse management. They lead assigned shifts and employees, directly managing warehouse associates and/or drivers. The DC Ops Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager to ensure the facility meets safety, compliance, quality, and delivery goals while coaching and developing their team. Additionally, they contribute to deploying and executing supply chain strategy, driving continuous improvement within the distribution center.
