1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. is seeking a highly effective Scrum Master – Level II to support Enterprise Technology teams, with a focus on backend and eCommerce platforms. This role will guide one or more Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, driving continuous improvement, optimizing delivery flow, and ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong technical fluency, experience with backend systems, and the ability to operate across multiple teams and delivery models. Key Responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Delivery: - Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) with a focus on outcomes and efficiency - Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices, scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), and continuous improvement - Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality increments aligned to business priorities and technical standards Flow Optimization & Metrics: - Track and analyze team perform...
