How you’ll do it: As the Processing Assistant, you are responsible to assist the Senior Loan Processors in gathering and organizing information for the loan file. Make timely follow up calls to quickly compile accurate file information. - Assisting the Senior Processor - Order services needed and as directed by Sr. Processor for file packaging. - Following-up continually on all requested items, and working in an efficient manner. - Customer service - Working with vendors, AMC’s, title companies, banks, etc. to gather the necessary information for a complete loan file. - Ensuring accuracy and completeness if loan documentation necessary for loan approval and closing. - Ordering Appraisals based on mortgage channel. - Researching the information through various websites. - Progressing through phase training to advance to Loan Processor as positions open. - Assisting with other duties as necessary.
