The Role: As a Special Education Teacher , you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey. Unlike a traditional classroom role, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one and small-group support, using a competency-based model that allows students to move at their own pace.
