WI-SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Janesville Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: This is a full time day shift Medical Staff Services Coordinator position for St. Mary's Hospital in Janesville working 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional early mornings or later afternoon meetings. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Job Summary: Supports the medical staff organization by coordinating credentialing and recredentialing. Coordinates and supports medical staff meetings. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assists medical staff with development of bylaws and related procedures. Develops credentialing criteria, privilege delineations, and documents necessary to support an effective credentialing process. - Develops and maintains yearly calendar of medical staff meetings and special events. Coordinates agenda, packets, minutes, and follow-up for meetings. - Complies with the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements for medical staff and participates in the continual survey readiness process and regulatory review of credential files. - Orients medical staff l...
