Job Overview The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Office Manager and different internal teams. The role helps ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace by supporting operational activities and facilitating coordination between colleagues, visitors, and external partners. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Supports the Office Manager in the daily administration, set-up and smooth operations of the office. Provide support to the Italian Team when required. Maintains a clear overview of ongoing activities and promptly signals potential obstacles or operational issues to the Office Manager. Welcomes visitors and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for guests, partners and service providers, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
