We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Account Manager for Southwest Michigan based in Niles. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth: - Prospect new customers and generate business opportunities - Increase Meridian Title’s market share within assigned accounts - Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up to build a strong, active pipeline - Consistently meet or exceed individual performance metrics - Execute Meridian Title’s sales activity benchmarks consistently - Build strong, loyal customer and internal relationships through attentiveness, expertise, empathy, resourcefulness, and value - Retain at-risk relationships through timely intervention and effective objection handling - Maintain a baseline monthly performance standard of 20 closed (paid) orders and $30,000 in revenue; overall sales goals are established annually and may be adjuste...
