Job Description: The Director Leasing Negotiator plays a critical role in the Real Estate team, supporting the Vice-President of Real Estate in all aspects of site acquisition, lease renewals and deal execution. This position involves complex lease negotiations, portfolio analysis and high-level stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with landlords, agents, and internal teams to ensure optimal terms that support the strategic direction of all three brands.
