The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 14000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are looking for you if: - you have capability to manage Business Intelligence and/or advanced reporting demands and priorities, preferably in a corporate international environment, - you have outstanding conceptual/analytical skills and can tell stories via data visualization, - you are ambitious and have willingness to drive change, the ability to challenge authority and speak up, and strong prioritization and planning skills, - you are skilled in Business Intelligence solutions (such as Prism, Power BI or Cognos) and O365 tools. You'll get extra points for: - university or equivalent degree preferably in Technology, Economics or Business Management, - specialist knowledge on Workday Reporting, - familiar with human resources practices, processes and organizational structures, - excellent consultancy skills and are able to craft findings and recommendations into the business language of your stakeholders, - familiarized with Data management roles and responsibil...
