Job description

PURPOSE: JLL are currently recruiting for an exciting role at 76 Southbank. The successful candidate would be predominantly responsible for the day to day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance of the mechanical systems onsite along with activities including not limited to the statutory position of the property inclusive of the reporting on any issues identified by the client, their consultants and insurers or on the Riskwise or Vantify systems. Whilst the primary objective is to ensure that the mechanical systems are operating as designed there would also be a responsibility with regards to other disciplines as par of a collaborative, proactive team. The successful candidate will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Site Supervisor, Contract Delivery Manager as well as forging a close relationship with the General Manager for the property and the soft services teams. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with mechanical, HVAC and pressure systems, including hands-on application in operational environments.
