General Manager The General Manager is someone who is passionate about Jersey Mike’s Subs and upholding the brand’s culture and standards. They have shown leadership skills and a strong work ethic. The General Manager understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority and understands efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
