Job Details: Position Summary: The Senior Director, Cencora University Operations is responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing enterprise learning and development capabilities that enable a consistent, high-impact learner experience across Cencora. This role serves as the operational backbone of Cencora University, owning L&D operations, systems architecture, learning measurement and reporting, faculty development, and project and product management. This leader designs and delivers shared services that bring speed, scale, and operational excellence to talent development while ensuring learning experiences are accessible, measurable, and tightly connected to broader talent intelligence and business outcomes.
