Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products, plating cold meals such as fruit salads and pastries. - Use knife skills for cutting and peeling fruit. - Perform tasks in different station such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.) - Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook - Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and fo...
