Description What we do: We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for financing, VP calls, and payment coordination. - Order and verify all equipment, materials, and subcontractor availability prior to scheduling. - Ensure permits are pulled and scheduled with the customer. - Confirm financing is processed, payment details are accurate, and all pre-installation requirements are complete. - Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to schedule installation crews once all details are verified. - Submit rebate paperwork and complete HVAC equipment registrations within 3 business days of installation. - Enter accounts payable invoices and complete job costing...
