The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. As a Technical Support Specialist , you will provide professional hardware and software support and training to our customers via telephone, email and remote software. This is a customer-facing role requiring technical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
