Job Description Animal Referral Hospital Canberra is seeking an experienced and highly capable Hospital Manager to lead the operational management of one of the region’s busiest specialist and emergency veterinary hospitals. ARH Canberra provides 24/7 emergency and specialist veterinary care across emergency, medicine, surgery and critical care. Our hospital is supported by a highly skilled team of specialists, emergency veterinarians, nurses and support staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a practical, people-focused leader who can support our clinical teams, ensure the hospital runs smoothly day-to-day, and help drive a positive, collaborative culture. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clinical teams while managing the operational complexity of a busy hospital environment.
