Senior Marketing Manager - Public Sector

Job description

The Senior Marketing Manager - Public Sector partners closely with Sales to design and execute segment-specific marketing events and programs for the Public Sector, with a strong focus on large accounts and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate brings creative ideas, high energy, a proactive, can-do mindset - someone who sees opportunity, takes initiative and mobilizes cross-functional teams to deliver results. They will will assess market trends, quantify opportunities, and develop impactful programs that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based growth. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing and is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our McLean, VA office. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the AMS Public Sector sales team, with clear accountability to pipeline creation targets. Bring marketing strategy to life through a mix of tactics, including but not limited to, in-person and virtual events, webcasts, industry conferences, hospitality, sales nurture emails, sales tools and direct mail.
