Job description

Scope of job: Perform live-fire test and evaluation of all Smith & Wesson firing barrels, actions, and/or fully-functioning firearms using either a shooting fixture or range setting. Education and Experience: - High School/GED preferred - Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred - Prior safe firearm handling/shooting experience - Ability to demonstrate proficiency with all firearms with little to no initial training Competencies and Skills: - Appropriate training and experience to fulfill all requirements of work duties described above - Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing (basic verbal instructions, simple written memos and instructions) - Basic computer and keyboarding skills required - Active FID/LTC preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities: NOTE: This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive.
