Thuma is looking for a Lead Barista to join our new Cherry Creek team. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of Thuma at Cherry Creek. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Barista to be the heart and soul of our cafe experience. As our Lead Thuma Barista, you'll be an integral part of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, serving exceptional coffee, and providing top-notch customer service and upholding standards within the cafe team.
