Job Details Reliable transportation is required, as team members travel to several ambulatory practice locations across Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington Counties in South Jersey. Work hours and locations vary depending on office needs and can occur anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Full-time roles require open availability, while per-diem roles are up to 20 hours per week. Job Description: The Patient Services Associate (PSA) I enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department. Primarily working at the front desk of an outpatient practice the PSA I verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information. The PSA I supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients and visitors to maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms. Processes check in and/or check out, point of service activities and/or scheduling of patient appointments via EPIC.
