This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the skills, safety, and compliance of our workforce across our growing business. Experience within highways in essential but this could be a great opportunity for someone within an operational role to move onto a new career path. You’ll be responsible for delivering, and continuously improving a wide range of training programmes and inductions, ensuring our employees and subcontractors are fully equipped to carry out their roles safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver in-house training courses including (but not limited to) - LANTRA Traffic Management - Cat & Genny - Deliver the weekly Corporate and Health and Safety induction to new employees and sub-contractors ahead of starting their roles with Marlborough Highways - Create, develop and enhance training materials (including Delivery Plans, PowerPoint slides, supporting handouts and in-class activity sheets) - Deliver the quarterly Safe Delivery Br...
