Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY: The Staff Accountant supports the finance and accounting team by performing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end close processes. This role ensures financial data integrity, supports compliance requirements, and contributes to efficient financial operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field - 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. - Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) - Understanding of internal controls and audit processes - Ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - In an office position, remote work is not permitted. - Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. - Stay abreast of Federal, State, local and corporate reporting changes.
